The aimof this research is to explore the impact of mindfulnessandtransformational leadership (TL) on lecturer’scommitment to teaching entrepreneurship (CTE)with a mechanism ofreadiness for change (RFC)inThailandpolytechnicinstitutes. The cross-section survey technique is used in this research.169lecturers frompolytechnics were the respondents in this research.Partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was used to analyzethe data. Thefindings have shownthat RFC mediates the linkbetweenTL and CTE.Mindfulness and TL haveno significant effecton CTE. The link betweenmindfulness and CTE isnot mediated by RFC.The roleof lecturers RFC should be understood byhigher education. The reason for this is thatRFC mediates the association betweenTL and CTE.This research explainsthe mediation of RFC to affect the association betweenTL and lecturers CTE in the context of Thailandpolytechnics.en_US
